Bamnoli is a village situated on the outskirts of Dwarka. It is a part of Dwarka remarketed as sector 28 of Dwarka. It is in close proximity of IGI airport and NH8 and at walking distance from the upcoming Asia’s biggest convention center. Next to upcoming L zone (Smart city Project) and embassy’s area. Due to its strategical location it will be one of the most appropriate place to invest and to live in. Having all the amenities like water, electricity and sever and connectivity to URE – II from one side and najafgarh – kapashera road from the other side. All the internal roads are 25 Ft. wide which makes it an idle place.

Right now a lot of commercial activities (warehouses) are present in bamnoli. But as per government notifications most of them are shifted to some other places or are in process to do so. Being in the close proximity of Dwarka the rates are much cheaper as compared to Dwarka. You can easily find a 700 – 800 Sq. Ft. 2 BHK flat in the range of 30 – 35 lakh or a 3 BHK of 1200 – 1400 Sq.
